Avenue Developers & Infrastructure (ADI) focuses on purchasing properties under the market price through auctions, take over mortgages, and purchasing of undervalued assets such as damaged properties.

We redesign the properties in our portfolio through another company, Avenue Construction, which is part of our group, which started in January 2020 and is already recording profits despite COVID-19 outbreaks, to sell them at a considerable markup.

Our company has running contacts with foreign manufacturers for the supply of materials like tiles, flooring, fireplaces, and lamps at great prices. We also have a running collaboration with a furniture manufacturer partner to manufacture custom made furniture for our properties.

We work with interior designers to create luxury properties out of undervalued assets with the goal to resell them in the market at considerable markups through third party upscale real estate agents.

We aim to attract Dutch and foreign investors and become their luxury real estate agency of choice.
